Charles Kirkland is a seasoned real estate professional based in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 2 decades of professional experience in the industry, he has acquired and expanded several companies and manages two real estate companies specializing in cash-flowing properties. Charles Kirkland Companies, of which he is the CEO, has acquired tax offices, a solar installation company, an LED lighting and distribution company, and a property management company. Additionally, he manages Ivy Properties, LLC and Green Home Rentals, LLC, which focus on acquiring and holding cash-flowing real estate.
Charles also has experience as an instructor, having been licensed by the State of Arizona to teach the Arizona Mortgage Brokers class, Real Estate Salesperson licensing, and Loan Officer classes. He has previously served as a legislative assistant for United States Senator John McCain.
Charles holds a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University. He’s been licensed to practice law in Michigan and Arizona and has published four articles on Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights. In addition to his professional experience, Charles is involved in several community organizations, including Pope John XXIII School, Saint Thomas the Apostle School, Saint Vincent DePaul, Knights of Columbus, Boy Scouts of America, and Junior Achievement.
